Rental rate is 40$ / hour with a minimum rental of 3 hrs per wk.
Location
Les Ateliers Turcotte has been established in the Monkland Village for 10 years. The LAT programs are very well established with positive "word of mouth", therefore many many children and adults come to class here every week! This is worth mentioning since it is great exposure for any teacher and her/his courses who RENT Les Ateliers Turcotte.
An exciting opportunity for teachers of all forms of dance, exercise, martial arts, and other movement based - mind, body, spirit - activities and groups. These teachers want to organize, register and run their own programs in a rented space.
We are looking for different and unique kinds of classes
. . . new teachers offering new forms and styles of activity, varying from those already happening here at Les Ateliers Turcotte.
Applicants
There have been a few "new" teachers, with "new" classes that have rented the space, but after one session found the rent unmanageable and unsustainable. This place is best suited for someone who is already established (loyal client base) with effective marketing strategies and is looking for a new "home base" to hold their already established classes for the next several years.
